Change of Address
Please let us know if you change your name, address or telephone number. It is important that we have the correct information, particularly if we have to refer you to other health care services. If you move outside of our practice area it is important that you register with a doctor in your new neighbourhood as we may not be able to continue to care for you.

Health & Safety
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the building is safe for our patients and staff alike, we would request that parents do not leave children unattended in the building.

Disabled and General Access
For patients using wheelchairs, we provide full access to the surgery as well as a disabled toilet. We ask that patients do not park on the forecourt as these are allocated spaces for the health professionals.

Understanding & Communication
Practice staff will offer a high standard of courtesy and advice. Please extend the same level of courtesy and politeness to your GP and practice staff as you would expect to receive.

Violent and abusive patients will be reported to the police and removed from their GP’s list. Physical violence and verbal abuse are a growing concern for GPs, Practice Nurses and other Practice Staff who have the right to care for others without fear of being attacked or abused. We ask that you treat your GP and Practice Staff properly, without violence or abuse.

Comments and Complaints
We always try to provide the best service possible, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened. If you have a complaint, please speak to our Operations Manager. Details of our complaints procedure are available at reception. We will always investigate a complaint and respond in writing or by arranging to meet and discuss your concerns. We always welcome comments and suggestions on how to improve our service and these, in the first instance, should be addressed to the Operations Manager.
